What have you found to be the most intensely yellow of the waxes? Especially after freezing/cooking. I grew some Brittle Wax this spring which were sort of pastel. I'd like to find a deeper yellow bean to grow with the Brittle Wax. I think it would be great to serve up a pile of light and bright yellows on a plate.

I thought my Nugget wax beans were pretty yellow. You can see a pic on the linked thread. I am not sure if my pics do the color justice but I thought they turned out really yellow, especially after blanching.

Thanks for the heads up on Brittle Wax. I planted them too. They're just starting to fill out but aren't turning the bright yellow I was expecting.

I find Dragon Tongue to be very colorful...light to pale yellow with purple streaks...makes for easier picking!
