Bean/tomato crop failing

Hey y'all. I'm in SE Georgia, zone 8. Rabbits got my first planting of bush beans, which I've always had great luck with. Now the rabbit is in the pot, and my new crops keep failing. After they germinate and get about two inches tall, the stalks wither and rot. Rain hasn't been that bad, and I can see no pests. It has been hot as Hades, however. Soil has been turned after last crop was eaten. Any advice?

Tomatoes were doing fantastic, but I can't stay ahead of the blight (yellow leaves, plants dying). Anyone have any good anti-fungal treatment ideas? Regards, Redman.
