First timer growing lima beans (Fordhook). Do you think it is ready to pick? When it is ready, how long can I wait between each picking without getting them too tough? Thank you for your help.

| For green shellies you can pick anytime they are large enough for your purpose up until the pods began to change color. Your taste buds will determine the best stage for you. Your photos show beans large enough, but not quite fully grown, so you have a few days leeway. |
