Beans, Peas & Legumes

pole beans....bugs???

My pole beans (Blue Lake) have done fairly well in containers. However, I notice one plant is covered with things that look like scale (similar to what gets on my citrus). Hundreds of little "armored" looking roundish things on the stems/branches. What is this...and what should I do? I am still getting beans...
