Newbie seeking advice on seedlings

Hi.. Thanks for checking out my post..

I'm new to growing under light and two weeks ago I started some Easter Egg Plant seeds (Parks.com) The seeds have sprouted and I have my first set of leaves (not true leaves) I had a 100% success rate (yeah) and I started them in Giffy pots in a plastic container. They are doing fine and I mist them regularly. I am wondering though, when should I transplant them to a bigger post (I make my own using newspaper) and when can I start using diluted fertilizer on them. 2/8 have roots out the bottom, the others appear to be getting close.

The reason that I stated these now is that I want to be able to give them as gift for Easter and I am hoping that they will produce the fruit as shown in the picture becuase it is so cute..

anyway, I am so happy with the 100% rate that I have going that I just don't want to screw it up so any advice that you have to offer me would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time to read this and passing on your wisdom.

Laura
