LED grow light w/ all blue lights for my Bonsai best for growth?

I am starting to train my live oak seedling to Bonsai form. Wanted to know if LED grow light with all blue lights for maximum leafy growth has been tried and true. Found site "YesComUSA" having whole unit for @ $40. Was wondering if the MH units are better still. Seedling is "very special to me" and don't want to kill it but need fastest growth for training and seeing results. HAPPY NEW YEAR to ALL....this is my very first Forum Message and I am so happy to be a Member here and look forward to help & info from all of you "Gardeners". Thank You!

I have experimented with relatively pure blue fluorescent lights, Westinghouse Special Blue (445 nm peak) and Sylvania Super Diazo (410 nm peak) and plant growth in both cases was poor.

Below are scans of photocopies of a paper giving photosynthetic action spectra of 33 different plants:

As you can see, there were no tested plants with higher photosynthetic activity in the blue region than the red region.

An all-blue or mostly-blue light would result in very slow, dense, bushy, well-rooted growth.
