Light comparision: Why did cuck with LESS light bear?

The plant with less light looks more like a regular cucumber with regular flowers? Why did the cuke with less light produce good females under a non-flowering bulb (and no help from natural sunlight)??

Here's the details?

I've got SpaceMaster cucumbers growing under 2 different lights. The 2 OTT 48" 40W bulbs have a 3gal container with 3 cukes growing. This happy container has tons of foliage with about 30 miniature blossoms -all male and 3 female cuke stubs but no blossum to pollinate.

The Phillips 48" 40 W Plant and Aquarium (less intense light for greens) has one SpaceMaster cucumber with regular size leaves and blossoms and one female.

How can a non-flowering bulb produce such a nice cucumber plant/fruit???
