If you cut some 12" plywood strips, you can make parts to tray lengths (22"?) and 2" 4" 6' side supports etc as adjustments to the tray heights. Just gluing them is pretty sturdy. The minor height adjustments under the lamps work great for me.

I mean that I made tops the sizes of my trays, and side supports the different sizes of 2" increments for convenience.

Vardman can you take a pic of what you mean? Do you mean fabricating shelving or actual trays? Im fine with either just wish I had a pic to help out. Also im very handy so I can work with wood and everything else once I have the idea. This setup was done just to get the planst under the lights but im aware that it could be more professional.

Here's another with a shelf I added.

I bought an $80 4 shelf storage 2'x4'x6' unit. Added 4 bulb light fixtures to the bottoms of the shelves. Made wood supports to adjust the tray heights rather use change the light fixture heights.

I have a similar setup that I built from HD purchases. My shop lights are rated "daylight." I just planted artichokes, leeks and onions. I also planted some passion fruit seeds that I am going to grow in a pot.

You sure have different seedlings than I do, but that is great. May they grow and prosper...
