hi,

I'm new to starting seeds indoors. I'd like to start small, with maybe 30-40 plants to eventually go outside. i'm looking for a basic system ($150 or hopefully under) that can help get me started. i started last year with a spot light, but it didn't work well, because most of my plants got spindly--that only seems to work for a handful of starts.

so i'd like something simple, i would love suggestions for brands and necessary equipment.
