Hello,

I purchased my first LED grow light recently (see link) and have a few questions. I have no experience growing with lights, so I don't know what to expect. But my main two questions are:

* Is it safe to run the lights 24 hours a day? If not, would 8 hours at night be okay? (The room receives indirect light during the day.)

* Is it good for a plant to have intermittent exposure to the lights? For instance, I'd like to take plants from elsewhere in the house and give them a 'boost' under the lights for a month, and then move them back. Will this put strain on the plant?

* Am I going to see massive totally amazing mindblowing growth from this? (Having never used a light before)
