Growing under Lights

Thanks for all the info I've read on this forum and for the answering my "duh" question. The lights are not overdriven but are the famed HD cheapos with the SL15 ballast. I got the plans at the progressive Farmer website and modified them some. My rack has two shoplights per shelf and the adjustment rod is secured differently.Each light has a cool and a warm 4100k and 3000k (I think).If not, its real close to that.

The dining room will be its home for the next few months.
