Has anyone tried germinating Magnolia seeds under lights? Thanks. I was thinking of trying M. delavayi. |

| I haven't tried this, but other seeds germinate fine under fluorescents. Magnolia seeds need cold stratification and then cool conditions to germinate, not something I would normally try indoors with artifical light. |
