Growing under Lights

Is this the fixture I need? (see pic)

I would like to head out and buy some fixtures and found these at the Rona website. I'm not sure if it's what I need. If not, does anyone have a link or info on what to buy? I have about 20 square feet of trays and was hoping 4 x 48" bulbs plus a window would cut it.

It looks like a standard shoplight type fixture. It's hard to say from the picture, and since there's no description I can't tell you much more.

If it is just a 4' 40W shoplight fixture, then yes, it can be plugged right in to a wall socket.
