Which fluorescent bulbs from lowes, wal-mart or home depot

| Are needed for tomatoes, peppers and herbs in a grow light setup for the basement?
I currently have a couple of sylvania sunshine lights, but I don't think they are powerful enough? |

I used one cool white and one daylight bulb in each of two shoplight fixtures. Picked them up at HD
Worked wonderfully for me
