Growing under Lights

looking for any advice for growing strawberries indoors.

hi guys..

hope your all well. im interested in setting up some fruits to grow inside. just recently moved to the u.k from africa and find my self living on the 3rd floor without any access to a garden or space to grow my lovely plants..

hoping i coulg get some direction on what to do..

im looking for something really simple due to my busy schedule..

i really want to grow strawberries indoors and have heard that some sort of artificial lighting is needed which i have never used although my girlfriend like here animals and has a fish tank that supposdly has lights for plant growth..can someone point me the right way..

not sure which soil to grow them in, what to feed them..

maybe if someone could post a list of the things i need id be really grateful..

If you want to simulate the intensity of the sun you should go with HPS lighting. You can find them at Hydroponics stores.

A 400w dual spectrum HID surrounded by a vertical circular grow setup is what you want :-)
