satsuma mandarin and lights

| I just bought a Satsuma mandarin tree, Now I am looking for a grow light for it but I am not wanting to break the bank on it. I was looking at 105W CFL bulb that just goes into a clamp on fixture. Would this work good? Or do I need to get something else instead? Thanks in advance.
