Growing under Lights

what light next

I have all my seedling under a 40w grow (shop) light. I read much conversation about different spectrums and types of lights. I have flowers and veggies, there just starting to get true leaves. What do I do next, regarding lighting, until its time to transplant outdoors? What will give me the best results???

I would just keep them under the lights as you have them, but make sure you have a fan blowing on th em gently to strengthen them up for when you transplant them. If you intended to keep the seedlings under lights in an attempt to bloom them, I'd tell you to up your lighting quite a bit, but what you have should suffice.
