Primary-color T5HO?

I am wondering if anybody has used the primary-color T5HO lighting for cultivation of plants indoors?

It makes about as much sense as LED growing (which I do for small herbs like thyme and marjoram) so why haven't I seen anything related to it? I would think by now that a T5HO array with a couple of pure red, pure blue, and a UV bulb would by far beat out what I've seen done with LEDs.
