High Output Fluorescent Lighting

Anyone know where to obtain ballasts & lights for the High Output fluorescent T5 lights? I've seen complete fixtures advertised, but they are awfully expensive. Was curious if it is feasible to construct ones own and save money. Any ideas, links, instructions would be helpful.

Why bother? Regular cheap fluorescent lights work fine. Unless you're into electrical stuff....

I can't answer your question myself, but the link has a matrix showing compatible ballasts for some T5 tubes. I would certainly avoide the commercial offerings, way overpriced.
