Convert waterbed to heating pad

for my greenhouse. I read a post about someone looking for a used waterbed heater to use as a heat mat. Can't remember where I saw it. Is there some way to set up an old waterbed mattress outside in my unheated greenhouse to be able to get them out there sooner. I do have electricity in it, but don't think I could heat enough with an electric heater and it would be too costly. Any suggestions.

I used to use water bead heaters for large pythons, they dont last that long and use wayy to much power. Try roof de-icing cables for a large space or heat tape for a small area. Heat tape sells for less than 3 bucks a foot and uses very little hydro.

I'm not sure a water bed heater would work? I tryed it once and even at the lowest temp., it was much too hot!
