.. I have a full spectrum light to use during the winter days when people get depressed due to lack of light- they're practically de rigeur in the PNW.. anyway, I don't really use it and was wondering if I could use it on my seedlings instead. They're pretty serious lights and you're only supposed to use them for fifteen-twenty minutes a day or you might become manic, so I am wondering if they are appropriate for the purpose. If they are, it would save me money and the light structure perfectly set up to swivel downward and be trained on my seedlings. I just don't want it to be too intense, or to be a bad idea for them some other way.
