Not going to happen. You can get a 2-bulb unit for under $150, but the 4-bulb units cost more. It's actually wiser to get two, 2-bulb units so you can use one for seedlings and one for mature plants, adjusting their distances from the plants accordingly. In addition to your 4-ft unit, you may want to think about buying a couple 2-ft units to hang vertically for side growth of fruiting plants.

Why T5s, space maybe? Did you know you can overdrive T12s & T8s? I'm getting over 10,000 lumen from 2 T12s. $9 for the fixture, $10 for the ballast and $2.50 for the bulbs. You gotta be a DIY kinda person to do it. Check this thread.
