A bee in my light garden!?

Hello,

This is my first year growing from seed indoors... and this morning I got quite a surprise... first I hear a buzz, then I see a bee crawling out of a tray I have setup under my lights! I can only guess it snuck in with our patio furniture into our basement and hibernated there during the winter.

I took this as a blessing of sorts, but now I wonder if my seedlings are going to be negatively impacted by early pollination? Please excuse my ignorance, I know bees are fantastic creatures, but is there any risk my seedlings will be stunted or damaged by the bee? He appeared to be quite drowsey (he didn't fly at all, appeared to be stretching his appendeges, etc).

My first thought is that he wouldn't do any damage, since bees must come across young seedlings in nature and it wouldn't stunt them. Any advice?? Thanks in advance!
