Is there any advantage to running a humidifer in the area where you are growing your seedlings indoors?
Just curious because Wal-Mart had a nice Evaporative humidifer (15 gallons) that is regular $110 on sale for $20. The box says it can be ran for pennies a day. I grow my plants in the basement. The humidity is not too high.
I am concerned with elevating humidity levels to the point of mold growth. Is that a concern with units such as these?
I grow all my plants under fluorescent lights.
I don't know the difference between Evaporative humidifers and cool mist ones.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
