The idea with peat pots is you don't have to transplant, so you would leave one in there and just pop the whole lot in the ground. Doesn't work of course, but there you go :)

Transplant at any time. Its fiddly transplanting when they are just a pair of seed leaves but quite successful. Handle the plant only by the leaves. Transplanting larger plants can work but some don't like it.
