Sprouts: Remove from heat pad immediately and move to lights?

OK - I have tons of experience with sprouts via the winter sowing method, but sprouting indoors is new to me, as some of you know. I sowed lots on the weekend, and this is only Wednesday, and I already have sprouts! I have moved those away from the heat and directly under the FL's.

I did this because I think someone here said they need to be moved away from the heat-pad immediately after germination. Is this true? Should the heat pad be constant or turned off at night for those that are still coming?

I hope to hear from one of the experts here soon!

If your seeds that have germinated are in the same container as the ones that haven't, they ALL need to removed from the heat mat and any dome removed. Yeah, it will take a day or two longer for those other seeds to pop through but that is better than having the one already up getting tall and spindly.
