Growing under Lights

Seeds not blooming

I started impatient seeds in March in one of those greenhouses you buy at Walmart. They have been doing fine but they are not blooming. The stem is tall and skinny and they haves small leaves but no blooms. I still have them inside under lights. What can I do to get them to bloom??? Should I go ahead and plant them outdoors?

Sounds like they need more light. I would cut the stems back part way and plant them outdoors.
