Here's about the best lighting system I can get in my town.

I'm going to build a 2 by 4 foot light box with only a left and right side, going to paint the box white , going to use a T8 lighting system ,and I'm going to put 4 lights spaced 6 inches apart. and 6 inches above the plants.

I'm going to overdrive each one 3 times.(the bulbs are going to be daylight type,about 3000 lumens, and there going to be 5000 to 6500 kelvins. That is Before I overdrive them)

I want to use fluorescents because they don't use much energy . So do I need more bulbs and should I use a reflector?
