Indoor Plants for a Business

| I have been asked to create an indoor plantscape for a local company. I have some nice fiberglass planters and some lechuza planters. Now I am worried about the lighting. The building is mainly lighted with florescent lights. There is very limited natural lighting coming in to the are to be decorated. I may have to place some grow lamps in the plant garden. Has anyone tried this before for a business? What is the best approach? Thanks! |

| Unless they want the place to look like a grow room, the best approach, IMHO, is shade-tolerant plants. I suppose you could also have plant lights come on in the evening, sort of an inverted day-night cycle, if you wanted less shade-tolerant ones but didn't want the place to look like a grow room. |
