White Bird of Paradise leaf not unravelling!

I've got a 3 year old BOP growing under a 200w 7000Lumen light in my house, and for some reason the two most recent leaves won't unravel. They've been growing for about 3.5 months now, and are still spikes! The most recent leaf before this one wouldn't unravel, so I used my nail to help it out and it just ended up cutting the leaf, you can see the cut leaf in the picture. What's upppppp?

I am out of my expertise here, but have you tried any water conditioner? MiracleGro? Boolmbooster? Ii've heard BOP sort of "hibernate" every couple of years or so, but bloom booster will kind of restart things on lots of plants like that......suprised none of the other usual suspects on these forums haven't answered you..they know everything...(she said sincerely)
