I recently purchased some ghost pepper seeds, and have some questions as to how to grow them inside. I have a fluorescent light fixture that measures 48". I also have several round shop lights that I use 23 Watt bulbs in. Each of the fixtures use 6500K bulbs. Is it possible to grow ghost peppers under such a setup, or do I need a different type of light, such as HPS? Also, I read that when starting plants off, they prefer light in the 6500k range, but when you are trying to flower them, they prefer light more in the 3100K range. At what point do I switch the lights from 6500K to 3100K, or can I just use both 6500K and 3100K lights at the same time?
