i am working on a face recognition project. to obtain good results i need to set certain lighting conditions. Lighting must be diffuse and uniform to the face. i have to take 2 light sources as :

Lighting A: a diffuse light source that is loacted in front and well above the subject. this might be a fluoracent light with a diffuser or a low-intensity incandescent light aimed at the subject. Adding diffusers to existing fluoracent lights and moving the lights away from the subject is often enough to provide good illumination.

Lighting B: A fairly diffuse light source, such as 22'' (56 cm) fluoracent light, is mounted above the subject.

can you guide me which type of light sources and moveable stand i purchase.
