Using old light from Aquarium

Hi. I have a fairly dark New York apartment. I used to have a large coral reef tank aquarium and want to use the lights from my tank to boost light for a plant shelf in a window with a northern exposure. This is the fixture.

I am retrofitting it with two 150 watt 6700K HQI Metal halide bulbs and two 96 watt 460nm Compact Fluorescents

What do you think about this lighting? I suspect my light will be a little weak in the red 600-700nm range. any suggestions?
