Buy some compact fluorescents that are around the 5000K range and you should be good to go.

Thanks Taz. Do you think the 5000k CFs will get me the red spectrum? I can mix 1 5000k cf and one 460nm cf plus my 6700 k HQIs.

Any thoughts about min and max distance?

You should use both 5000K CFLs and yes they are full spectrum. This is just my opinion and Mike knows more about the CFLs and MH. I use overdriven 5000K T12s and T5s for overwintering many plants and they do fine. What plants are you growing inside?

Thanks. Kalachoe flapjack and another flowering kalachoe. A couple of other succulents. Some ivy, some peace lilies. Jasmine. Aloe Vera. Japanese Euonymus. Some 3 foot lucky bamboo.

Arranging by light requirements.

Jasmine will be the most challenging to keep inside out of the plants you mention because of the light requirements. Keeping it trimmed and keeping the water at the right level will be very important with the minimal light you have. Kalanchoe will be second as far as bright light requirements but not as bad so with the MH you should be fine. I am not familiar with Euonymus but the most important thing to remember is lowering the amount of water you give all these plants inside with the lower light and cooler temps.
Aloe vera, peace lilies and lucky bamboo will grow in conditions similar to shade loving caladiums so you can keep them furthest from the lights IME.
