Help my house plants are dying!

I have a room off my kitchen with Southeast exposure that is full of house plants, Ficus, Jade, Bananas, Cactus, etc. They run the length of a 15 foot wall and are varying height plant stands. The plants were very happy... until my wife had all the windows in the room tinted to cut down on the UV fading of the hardwood floors and the heat.

I was considering replacing the fixture in that room with some type of full spectrum bulbs or LED fixture. The fixture that I would take down and replace is about 10 feet above the floor, and 8 feet above most of the plants, centered on the 15 foot wall.

Thoughts on how to address? If lighting from above is not possible, what could I scatter around the plants to light from the floor up?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!
