Hours of light for various plants.

I have been attempting an indoor garden in my basement. Everything was going fine but now I think I have a problem. I didn't think of hours of light and as a result I think my radishes are not developing right. They almost look like they are going to go to seed.

This got me thinking, does anyone know of a chart or site that explains how many hours of light needed under artificial lighting for various plants?

I had everything on 14 hrs of light a day (WAY to much I think now) I read somewhere 6 to 8 was ideal.

I am growing cilantro, basil, napa cabbage, bok choy, daikon radish, french radish, and broccoli romanesco.

Thanks!
