I recently planted 2 small Saprtan Junipers in an area where the sun only hits them for a couple of hours in the summer (2-4pm). Right now during the winter they're in full shade next to the house and I'm really worried that they won't get the sun they need to root well.

What kind of set up would work (bulbs and fixtures) if I was to try grow lights and what kind of electrical issues need to be addressed before plugging them in?

Any suggestions on types of bulbs and fixtures that might work would be appreciated!
