Forcing plants for flower show

I am trying to force plants for a Flower Show in March. I have woodland plants (fern, heuchera, hosta and so on)- so part shade in their natural environment. Does anyone have advice on when to start warming them up, how much light they need and so on. I am so new at this!! Any help or books/advice would be greatly appreciated. They need to look as though it is May- but it will be March. I also have a couple of trees/shrubs.

Thanks in advance!!!

SJB
