I created a "wall" of climbing plants about that size using an HID grow light. But that was in its own room, and those lights are very strong  not suitable for a place where people will gather.

A more practical step might be to have some low-light climbing plants, such as pothos or philodendron, and grow them up a picture-window grate in light shade or somewhere else where there's good natural light but not full sun. The House Plant Forum would be a good place to ask about choice of plants.
