Recall on Cooper Shop Lights

I'm trying to educate myself on lighting for some vegetables I plan to start from seed. Been reading the forum off and on for the last couple of days. Kept seeing references to Shop Lights at Lowes, but I couldn't find them on the Lowes' web site. I think this might be why.
