What are these leaf growths on my Stargazer?

I have read in several posts that oriental lilies such as stargazers do not produce bulbils on the leaf axils. I am wondering what these growth are. This is a white stargazer that I purchased this summer and it is still in the pot. They are green bulb-shaped objects with leaf-like structures growing out of them. The largest is at the top and there are several of them. I hope the image turns out ok as it is the first image post I have done other than to a gallery site. Any ideas? Thank you for your help. | As you suspect they're bulbils. Whilst only a few lilies (some asiatic hybrids, tigrinum, sargentiae, etc.) produce stem bulbils all the time, most can be stimulated to produce a few if the stem is stressed - such as by the removal of young flower buds. |

| Thanks, kayman. So I probably should just let them mature a bit and then take them off and plant them shallowly. |
