Is anyone familiar with crinum lillies (sometimes called spider lillies)? They're supposed to be drought tolerant and able to withstand the heat of Zone 8. So far, I've only been able to locate them through one reputable on-line source, but they're very expensive (from $20-$35 for each plant) which makes them out of my price range. If anyone knows of another cheaper source, I'd be grateful!
