newbie with question

I am really new to lilies, bought a few in a bag a few years ago and planted them behind my irises. They always look beautiful and I don't remember the names. There are a couple asiatic lilies and a couple oriental. They are starting to come up through the mulch and looking nice and strong. Now the question. Spread out over about a foot there are tiny little sprouts that look just like the lilies but are much smaller. I couldn't resist so carefully dug one up. They have little bulbs on them about the size of a dime or smaller. Are these baby lilies or something I should pull up and get rid of? I would love it if they were babies since there are about a dozen all sprouting up. If these are babies will they grow and bloom like the others?Any help will help alot. Also, now I mark what lilies I plant so I know what is where. Thank you in advance. Vicci
