Nice and warm here outside Chicago, and many of my lilies are starting to poke their noses up. There are a lot of single leaves around them too. Also grassy looking stems, which from googling I see are all lilies.

What is the age difference between the single leaves and the grassy stems? Is it weeks or a year? How long until they bloom?

These are various Asiatics, some planted from bulbs, others were stems from neighbors. Do Easter lilies propagate the same way? I have at least two of those sprouting, but don't see anything else around them.
