The short answer is no.

OT's and Asiatics are too far apart to have any realistic chance of doing this without resorting to embryo rescue.

You will have a better chance crossing asiatics with asiatics and OT's with OT's. Since most lilies aren't self fertile, to do so you'll need more than one variety of each - not just different bulbs of the same clone. The asiatics are easier to get seed from and to raise, but most OT's have some natural fertility (you might need to grow them a little warmer to see this fertility though) so seed isn't out of the question.

Check out the North American Lily Society link below, which should help you with the mechanics of hybridising and growing on the seed.

Just growing on your own seed can be very rewarding, but you might also consider joining a lily society to get access to others seed, or even buying seed from someone like Lilyseeds.com (a little googling should show you other sources) which will give you the chance to grow something different.

Well, I am both extremely curious and a major optimist. If I have a few failed bulbs, it's not going to be the end of the world. Live and learn.
