Easter lily, Should i separate it once it's bloomed

This is a 3 year old lily that has a number of new smaller growth around it. Should i dig it and separate once the main plant flowers or wait to see if any of the new ones will bloom as well. OR, can i just leave as is and it and the new ones will be fine. Just wondering if it will crowd itself out and prevent blooming in later years.

Let them grow and bloom this summer! Continue to provide adequate water and I'd fertilize now and then after bloom.

Once the foliage yellows this fall, carefully lift and separate the individual bulbs and replant immediately!
