Sorry to say, if the tops/growth tips are gone or damaged, they won't bloom for you this year. Same for any with a severely bent or partially cut stem. They'll just continue to get floppy and weaken at the point of damage so trying to tie or prop them up doesn't help. If you can stand it, leave them as they are to replenish the bulbs for next season and cut down the stalks when they brown and dry up.

I have a few lilium tigrinum and Asiatics in an unprotected patch that the deer chew selected tops off every year - can't remember the last time I ever saw some of them bloom, but they keep coming back up year after year.

Julianna, that is terrible! I can feel your pain... I agree with the previous poster: they will survive, but you will probably loose most of this year blooms. Leave as much foliage as possible. In fact, professional growers remove blooms to make bulbs stronger.
Last year deer ate tops of my newly purchased and very expensive Lilies right about the time of blooming. I was so upset. A month later, my DH pulled my 'Landini' Lilies out of container and THREW THEM AWAY! He never helps me with gardening, but that time he decided to "weed"... I managed to collect some scales and bulblets. Some of them are growing for me right now. In a couple of years I will see my 'Landini' blooming again...

I'd complain to the landscape company that you warned the worker and he carelessly destroyed your lilies anyway. Take and send a picture. Ask for compensation and plant some new lilies elsewhere. Depending on how damaged they are, it may take more than a year for your favorites to come back.
