A white sport of tiger lilies would be interesting. So they still have freckles? Are the leaves or bulbils paler than usual? I've got a lot of bulbils from my orange ones, want to swap?

Other than that, what did you plant your bulbils in, anything unusual in the pots? I suppose it's possible they might not be able to form orange pigment if the soil was lacking some nutrient.

I'd like to see photos of the plants in question. The genetic coloring of tiger lilies IS orange, so a white flowered reversion is not possible. I'd suspect it was something else altogether.

A white sport of tigerlilies could show up due to a mutation, that's genetically quite possible, but it would not likely appear in multiple offspring of an orange flowered plant, and especially not as offspring from two different orange-flowered plants. Instead you would get one white-flowered offspring, then all of its offspring would be white.

I too suspect something happened, like maybe someone decided to pull a trick on you and plant some other lilies in your pots.

Pics please...Do they have the spots on them? Are they making the little black seed bulbs along the stem?
