Dear experts !!

Please help !!!

I am new to lily planting. I bought some stargazer lily bulbs and planted them. Some in pots and some in best possible spot in my garden.

After a week there were unexpected rain in Dallas. The bulbs I bought came up with a little plant on top of the bulb. Now since it rained so much the little plant seems to got fungus or rott ( I don't know :() but it died even in pots. Now I am not sure what to do.... Leave bulbs on the pot only ?? Or dig them and plant later after the chances of rain is over?

I am afraid of having those bulbs rott. Please help.
