I would imagine the flower bud has already formed it it. You would probably get some kind of bloom, but might not be as nice as usual, if you could get them moved without breaking the stem. This does seem to be a good year for them, mine are huge & healthy, about 5' tall if you are talking about the orange. I just can't imagine getting them moved without breaking them. It is always best to wait til after they start to yellow before moving lilies to give them energy to bloom next year.

I have moved my lilies before, during and after blooming and even if they should end up looking kind of ratty for the rest of the year, they seem do do fine the following year. If you continually pile on the compost on your beds, the plants end up being very forgiving.
