Yes, they are good to plant. Depending on how "leafy" the end of your sprout looks you probably don't want to plant them as deep as you normally would. Plant them so the tip of the sprout is just at soil level (you can add soil to the bed after they start growing). Water well. The sprout will turn green as soon as it gets some sun.

Hello, As long as a Lily bulb has not totally dried out it will grow. Yours have been in the bag dormant for longer than they should have been. But plant them as soon as possible. They will be fine. Don't worry about the planting depth. Better to plant them too shallow rather than too deep. Lilies pull themsleves down into the soil to their desired depth. after the snow melted here I had 6 lily bulbs sitting on top of the soil. Somehow the winter pushed them up. They are sprouting where they are. Plant yours now.
